The current winery dates back to 1954. It is a traditional construction with concrete tanks, and a large part of it is underground. These features provide excellent thermal insulation, reducing electrical consumption and protecting the wine from abrupt temperature changes.

The family embarked on a modernization process years ago that continues to this day. Always adhering to the principle of low technological intervention, we strive to create wines that genuinely reflect what the terroir offers, while caring for the environment.

"The concrete vessels provide thermal insulation and low energy consumption."
"Agro-enological practices with low technological intervention, recently achieving Organic Certification."
"The landscape is spectacular, and the climate promotes healthy harvesting, encouraging malolactic fermentation and the spontaneous stabilization of the wines."
